Mockery is the best way to deal with imbeciles

These are just some examples from actual email transcripts:

“ Incidentally, I believe your motives are malice and greed.”

“You used to be the best Franchisors we had. You are now a damaging liability”.

“You are hostile, derogatory, insulting, abusive and patronizing.”

“You have zero credibility and zero influence.”

“ No suggestion you make for changes to the system will be considered.”

“Your Divisional rights will never be extended. Get the best price you can, take your money, and go.”

“ I certainly believe that you are a liability and we'd be better off without you, but I have certainly not declined to renew your Contracts.”

“You're totally correct that I hate your guts and want to see you gone.”

“What you can't seem to comprehend is that the very fact you suggest something is the strongest possible reason I could have for not doing it.”

“I have to be honest with you. While ******* is a Divisional, we are not going to be doing anything out of the ordinary for his Divisions.”

As to service, I don't want you as a 'client' and would be delighted to see you go, so there's really no point in any futile effort to satisfy you. With any other Franchisor, the fact that they want something makes it more likely I'll do it. With you, it's less likely.
