SUPERMAN DEFEATED!

Superman has been hit by Jim's kryptonite already!Sean Clarkson, AKA Superman, left suddenly last week after less than 3 months heading up the Mowing division- perhaps he has gone to Iceland to sort out the volcano, a much easier task than sorting out Jim!
Jim appears to have now given up on trying to find any non family members to work with him in any senior role. There must be a strange smell putting everyone off.

JUDGEMENT OBTAINED

The 1st UK defendant, Brutus Harrison has had High Court judgement entered against him. Penman and Maunder next!

JUSTICE CALLS

All 4 defendants, including Jim, have now been served High Court papers to answer a substantial claim for conspiracy to defraud the UK Company- see home page for more details.

UK UPDATE

More departures and litigation begins.
The fallout from the Conspiracy fiasco continues with many more franchisees leaving since Jim took control. An attrition rate of 20+ % in only 6 months, with more on the way,really is an excellent result Jim! The grass obviously isn't always greener.
Felicity Management have taken over all Uk litigation against Jim, with High Court papers being served on Jim in January. Felicity was another Jim's Nemesis- his 1st wife who took him to the cleaners. Hope he understands the irony, as Felicity also means "good fortune".

DESPERATE JIM FINDS A NEW FRIEND- IT'S SUPERMAN!

Maunder's replacement has been recruited.
Unsurprisingly, no internal candidates volunteered.

The Walrus sensibly said No to Jim's overtures.
Well the smell of the Pluto pups and hot dogs is emanating profusely from the Jim's Admin Centre (can you hear the circus music?) as Jim trots out the replacement “patsies” for the mowing divisional manager! Jim is bending over backwards (whilst the applicants bend forwards) to get another “patsy” up “quick smart". More details....

This is what is commonly known in the industry as the “dumbing down effect” – no experience necessary, just learn to say “Yes , Yes and Yes” and now it is a pre-requisite to have a “racing industry background” and be prepared to gamble away all of our businesses. Interestingly these applicants are friends of a current “bootlick self-proclaimed business coach” we will name “Dickie” whose skills to say the least are somewhat “dickie/questionable”! This guy is way out of his depth and obviously needs some clown friends in for support!
