Superman has been hit by Jim's kryptonite already!Sean Clarkson, AKA Superman, left suddenly last week after less than 3 months heading up the Mowing division- perhaps he has gone to Iceland to sort out the volcano, a much easier task than sorting out Jim!
Jim appears to have now given up on trying to find any non family members to work with him in any senior role. There must be a strange smell putting everyone off.

More departures and litigation begins.
The fallout from the Conspiracy fiasco continues with many more franchisees leaving since Jim took control. An attrition rate of 20+ % in only 6 months, with more on the way,really is an excellent result Jim! The grass obviously isn't always greener.
Felicity Management have taken over all Uk litigation against Jim, with High Court papers being served on Jim in January. Felicity was another Jim's Nemesis- his 1st wife who took him to the cleaners. Hope he understands the irony, as Felicity also means "good fortune".

By a huge majority the franchisors have voted that Jim should sell the Group and step down as CEO.
In the interest of fairness we have extended the voting deadline so that all who want to, can vote after a reasonable time to deliberate and review all the facts available. The temporary removal of this website by Jim prevented many from making a proper judgement.

I have offerred to remove some of the personal references to Jim so he should withdraw his complaint that it is defamatory. All that now remains within here is supportable fact and therefore cannot be deemed as defamation in any way.
If it does disappear it means he has bullied the hosting company, but just look for :
