The beginning of the end for Jim ?


He can no longer boast that no one has taken him to court.

His attempt at destroying the UK master franchisor has resulted in a multi- million dollar claim against him and his fellow conspirators.

To be heard in London's High Court HIS REPUTATION WILL BE SHATTERED forever. 

The Australian media are waiting for this like baying wolves ready to tear him to shreds.

Strangely, despite numerous statements in the media, Jim has not commenced any action against the UK Company or its Directors. More false promises? 

Recent fiascos:

• Jim  terminated Jim's Mowing in Canada ( Maunder has negotiated a temporary stay of execution)
• Previous month it  was the UK. What next ? New Zealand?
• In fact he then targetted the Building Maintenance Division and the PERGOLAS division- again illegally. 
  

The control freak has also removed all the Franchisors' Power Of Attorney - any trust remaining has now completely evaporated.

Jim has recently lost his top man with Maunder jumping before he could be pushed, no doubt being blamed for Jim's "difficult" year. A period where, for the 1st time, individuals have stood up to him, litigation mounted, significant votes of no confidence, and brave journalists have published the true facts about Penman and his appalling management style and record.  

2009 will go down as the beginning of the end for Jim Penman.

Some important media exposure due early in 2010, including a possible TV Investigation.

This web-site is dedicated to all those who love ( to hate) Jim, ESPECIALLY THOSE FAMILIES WHOSE LIVES HAVE BEEN TOUCHED AND ULTIMATELY ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY THEIR INVOLVEMENT WITH JIM.

To the Jim's customer he is the successful friendly guy who mows the lawn and cleans the house etc.

To many others he and his team have sold them a franchise that hasn't lived up to its promise. Jim must be very proud to have thousands of disillusioned ex franchisees all over the world.

In the last 7 years almost 3000 franchisees have left the Mowing division alone (an attrition rate of over 100%). WHY?

Mowing franchisees stay on average for only 4.5 years. WHY?

Only 6 Divisions (out of 30) are showing any real growth. WHY?
